The third “Net Zero City Expo 2050” was grandly held at Hall 2 of the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from March 18th to 21st, 2025, under the theme of “Digital and Green Twin Transformation,” bringing together domestic and international net-zero technologies and solutions. The New Taipei City Youth Bureau actively promotes youth participation in net-zero city development. At this exhibition, Dahe International Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dahe International Biotechnology), a key incubated company by the Youth Bureau and the Tucheng Green Innovation Base, impressed the audience with its innovative and environmentally friendly product, the “Smart Wash Eco-Friendly Detergent.” This product has not only received international EU SRS organic certification and environmental protection label recognition but also attracted enthusiastic inquiries from many domestic and foreign manufacturers at the event.
The expo was guided by the National Council for Sustainable Development of the Executive Yuan and jointly organized by the National Development Council and the Taipei Computer Association. Its aim was to establish a platform showcasing digital innovation, net-zero technologies, and sustainable actions. Dahe International Biotechnology is committed to developing environmentally friendly and high-performance cleaning products. At this exhibition, they showcased a variety of innovative products, especially the “Anti-Cockroach Floor Cleaner” for household pests. Its excellent repellent effect and over 97% biodegradability fully demonstrated its environmental friendliness. This not only aligns with the current trend of net-zero city development but also highlights the tangible results of the New Taipei City Youth Bureau’s efforts in promoting green innovation industries.
On the second day of the exhibition, Chiu Chao-mei, Director of the New Taipei City Youth Bureau, personally visited the event to show her care, affirmation, and support for all participating startups. Director Chiu specifically stopped at the Dahe International Biotechnology booth to learn about the product features and market potential in detail. She highly recognized Dahe International Biotechnology’s efforts in the field of green innovation, particularly in the development of net-zero cities, and expressed her hope that they would continue to develop more high-quality products that meet market demands, injecting more vitality into Taiwan’s green industry. Dahe International Biotechnology’s products also attracted many domestic and foreign manufacturers to inquire and discuss cooperation opportunities, demonstrating their strong strength in the green industry.
Dahe International Biotechnology stated: “We are very grateful to the New Taipei City Youth Bureau and the Tucheng Green Innovation Base for providing such a good platform, allowing these startups to have the opportunity to showcase innovative products and exchange ideas with various sectors.” They also mentioned that this exhibition is not only a stage for product display but also an important opportunity to connect with the international community and expand markets. They look forward to cooperating with more domestic and foreign manufacturers to promote Taiwan’s green products to the world. This “Net Zero City Expo” will continue until March 21st. All are welcome to visit and provide guidance. In the future, they will continue to uphold the concept of “environmental friendliness and health protection,” continuously innovate and develop, provide consumers with better and more environmentally friendly products, and contribute to the goal of net-zero cities.
This Net Zero City Expo focuses on energy transition, low-carbon transportation, green startups, and other fields. It also held its first international business matchmaking event, building a cooperation platform for international buyers and suppliers to help companies explore and realize potential cooperation plans. During the exhibition, multiple professional forums and workshops will also be held, inviting domestic and foreign experts and scholars to share the latest trends and practical experiences in net-zero city development, and jointly discuss how to accelerate the realization of net-zero emissions through innovative technologies and policy guidance.
