angioedema\uff0cHAE\uff09\u3002\u900f\u904e\u6301\u7e8c\u6cbb\u7642\u53ca\u5b9a\u671f\u56de\u8a3a\u63a7\u5236\u75c5\u60c5\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u66f4\u9806\u5229\u7d50\u5a5a\u4e26\u559c\u7372\u9e9f\u5152\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u8fce\u63a5\u5e78\u798f\u65b0\u4eba\u751f\uff01<\/p>\n<p><strong>HAE<\/strong><strong>\u7f55\u75c5\u9451\u5225\u56f0\u96e3\u6613\u906d\u8aa4\u8a3a \u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u54bd\u5589\u816b\u8139\u6050\u5371\u53ca\u6027\u547d\uff01<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b\u91ab\u85e5\u5927\u5b78\u9644\u8a2d\u91ab\u9662\u98a8\u6fd5\u514d\u75ab\u79d1\u9ec3\u6625\u660e\u91ab\u5e2b\u8868\u793a\uff0cHAE\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7f55\u898b\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d75%\u70ba\u907a\u50b3\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u670925%\u60a3\u8005\u7121\u5bb6\u65cf\u53f2\u3002\u5176\u81f4\u75c5\u6a5f\u8f49\u662f\u56e0\u60a3\u8005\u9ad4\u5167\u7684C<sub>1<\/sub>\u916f\u9176\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff08C<sub>1<\/sub>-INH\uff09\u57fa\u56e0\u7570\u5e38\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u8eab\u9ad4\u5404\u8655\u767c\u751f\u8840\u7ba1\u6027\u6c34\u816b\uff0c\u5982\u56db\u80a2\u3001\u81c9\u90e8\u6216\u751f\u6b96\u5668\u7b49\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u5371\u96aa\u7684\u83ab\u904e\u65bc\u54bd\u5589\u816b\u8139\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u7a92\u606f\u5371\u53ca\u6027\u547d\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u9ec3\u6625\u660e\u91ab\u5e2b\u8aaa\uff0cHAE\u5168\u7403\u76db\u884c\u7387\u7d045\u842c\u5206\u4e4b1\uff0c\u56e0\u76f8\u7576\u7f55\u898b\u4e14\u81e8\u5e8a\u9451\u5225\u56f0\u96e3\uff0c\u7d93\u5e38\u88ab\u8aa4\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u300c\u8840\u7ba1\u6027\u6c34\u816b\u300d\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u62d6\u52308\u81f316\u5e74\u624d\u88ab\u8a3a\u65b7\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u9084\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u5c1a\u672a\u88ab\u78ba\u8a3a\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u9ec3\u91ab\u5e2b\u88dc\u5145\uff0cHAE\u8207\u4e00\u822c\u8840\u7ba1\u6027\u6c34\u816b\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5dee\u5225\u662fHAE\u4e0d\u6703\u7522\u751f\u5c0b\u9ebb\u75b9\u53ca\u76ae\u819a\u6414\u7662\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u662f\u6c34\u816b\u767c\u751f\u6642\u6240\u4f34\u96a8\u7684\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u5176\u8a98\u767c\u56e0\u7d20\u591a\u534a\u8207\u60c5\u7dd2\u58d3\u529b\u3001\u53d7\u50b7\u3001\u624b\u8853\u3001\u611f\u67d3\u3001\u8377\u723e\u8499\u6216\u904e\u5ea6\u52de\u7d2f\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u7576\u60a3\u8005\u4e00\u6709\u4e0a\u8ff0\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u5c31\u5bb9\u6613\u5c0e\u81f4\u6c34\u816b\u53cd\u8986\u767c\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7de9\u6fc0\u80bd\u901a\u8def\u8abf\u7bc0\u5291\u53ca\u6642\u6cbb\u7642
