Company\uff1b\u7279\u6b8a\u76ee\u7684\u6536\u8cfc\u516c\u53f8\uff09\u4e0a\u5e02\u71b1\u6f6e\u3002\u4f9d\u64da\u83ef\u723e\u8857\u65e5\u5831\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6709\u6578\u4ee5\u767e\u8a08\u7684SPAC\u6b63\u5728\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u79d1\u6280\u3001\u96fb\u52d5\u6c7d\u8eca\u548c\u7da0\u8272\u80fd\u6e90\u5247\u662f\u6700\u70ba\u71b1\u9580\u7684\u9818\u57df\u3002\u770b\u597dSPAC\u4ea4\u6613\u5343\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u969b\u9280\u884c(AIB)\u7e3d\u88c1\u9673\u6021\u4ef2Eric Chen \u4eca\u5e745\u6708\u7387\u9818\u5927\u4e2d\u83ef\u5340AIB Acquisition Corporation(AIB SPAC)\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u5c07\u5c0b\u6c42\u5e02\u503c\u5927\u7d04\u572875\u5104\u5143\u53f0\u5e63\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\u4e4b\u53f0\u7063\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u70ba\u524d\u5f80\u7f8e\u570b\u7d0d\u65af\u9054\u514b(Nasdaq)\u4e0a\u5e02\u4f5c\u51fa\u5b8c\u6574\u8a08\u756b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SPAC\u662f\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u8cc7\u672c\u5e02\u5834\u7279\u6709\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u91d1\u878d\u5de5\u5177\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4fd7\u7a31\u300c\u7a7a\u767d\u652f\u7968\u516c\u53f8\u300d\uff08Blank-Check Companies\uff09\u3002SPAC\u5be6\u8cea\u4e0a\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u79c1\u52df\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u767c\u8d77\u4eba\u5148\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5411\u7f8e\u570b\u8b49\u76e3\u6703SEC\u63d0\u4ea4\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u958b\u767c\u884c\u7684\u62db\u80a1\u8aaa\u660e\u66f8\uff0c\u901a\u904eIPO\u878d\u8cc7\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002SPAC\u5728IPO\u5b8c\u6210\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6642\u9593\u8ef8 (\u901a\u5e38\u7d0412\u500b\u6708\u523024\u500b\u6708) \u5167\u627e\u5230\u76ee\u6a19\u516c\u53f8\u5b8c\u6210\u4f75\u8cfc\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u6709\u610f\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u4e3b\u677f\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u7d10\u4ea4\u6240(NYSE)\u6216\u662f\u7d0d\u65af\u9054\u514b(Nasdaq)\u639b\u724c\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u5be6\u9ad4\u7d93\u71df\u7684\u767c\u884c\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u7279\u6b8a\u4e0a\u5e02\u901a\u9053\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762SPAC \u7a4d\u6975\u5a92\u5408\u8cb7\u8ce3\uff0c\u4e14\u5728\u5b8c\u6210\u4f75\u8cfc\u524d\u8cc7\u91d1\u90fd\u7531\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u4fe1\u8a17\u5e33\u6236\u4fdd\u7ba1\uff0c\u76f8\u5c0d\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u624d\u8b93\u4e0a\u5e02\u898f\u5b9a\u76f8\u5c0d\u5bec\u9b06\u3001\u6210\u672c\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684 SPAC \u5927\u53d7\u627f\u92b7\u5546\u6a5f\u69cb\u8207\u79c1\u52df\u80a1\u6b0a\u57fa\u91d1\u9752\u775e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u969b\u9280\u884c(AIB)\u7e3d\u88c1\u9673\u6021\u4ef2Eric Chen\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u00a0SPAC\u5e02\u5834\u6025\u901f\u5347\u6eab\u7684\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u65b0\u5275\u5927\u5496\u7684\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u5305\u62ec Twitter \u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u5f7c\u5f97\uff0e\u6cf0\u723e\u3001\u6bd4\u723e\uff0e\u84cb\u8332\u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u90fd\u9678\u7e8c\u52a0\u5165 SPAC \u71b1\u6f6e\u3002\u4e9e\u6d32\u8d85\u7d1a\u5bcc\u8c6a-\u9999\u6e2f\u9577\u6c5f\u96c6\u5718\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u674e\u5609\u8aa0\u8207\u674e\u6fa4\u6977\u7236\u5b50\u3001\u65b0\u4e16\u754c\u958b\u767c\u912d\u5bb6\u5144\u59b9\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u8ced\u5834\u5927\u4ea8\u4f55\u7337\u9f8d\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u300c\u9ed1\u6843\u8cc7\u672c\u300d\u4e5f\u8fc5\u901f\u8ddf\u4e0a\uff0c\u8de8\u6d77\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u53c3\u8207\u71b1\u6f6e\u3002\u800c\u8fd1\u671f\u53f0\u7063\u4f01\u696dGogoro\u4e5f\u662f\u4ee5SPAC\u6a21\u5f0f\u5728\u7d0d\u65af\u9054\u514b(Nasdaq)\u6210\u529f\u4ea4\u6613\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u969b\u9280\u884c(AIB)\u5927\u4e2d\u83ef\u5340\u8463\u4e8b\u7e3d\u7d93\u7406\u9ec3\u660e\u6f84Vincent Huang\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u00a0SPAC \u548c\u4e00\u822c\u4e0a\u5e02\u3001\u501f\u6bbc\u4e0d\u540c\u5728\u65bc\u4f01\u696d\u82e5\u8981\u900f\u904e\u50b3\u7d71 IPO \u639b\u724c\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u9808\u900f\u904e\u6295\u8cc7\u9280\u884c\uff0c\u505a\u4e0a\u5e02\u524d\u8def\u6f14\u3001\u518d\u9001\u5230\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08SEC\uff09\u548c\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u5be9\u67e5\uff0c\u82e5\u8981\u8d70\u50b3\u7d71\u7ba1\u9053\u4e0a\u5e02\u5be9\u67e5\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5927\u6982\u9700\u8981 24 \u500b\u6708\uff0c\u8d70 SPAC \u6a21\u5f0f\u5247\u53ea\u9808\u82b1 4\u52306\u500b\u6708\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u50b3\u7d71\u501f\u6bbc\u4e0a\u5e02\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u79c1\u4eba\u516c\u53f8\u8cb7\u9032\u4e00\u5bb6\u5df2\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u63a7\u5236\u6027\u8463\u4e8b\u5e2d\u6b21\u548c\u7d93\u71df\u6b0a\u5f8c\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u6bcd\u516c\u53f8\u53cd\u5ba2\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u5176\u8cc7\u7522\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0a\u5e02\u4e26\u8b8a\u66f4\u71df\u696d\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u800c SPAC \u5247\u9808\u660e\u5b9a\u6536\u8cfc\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u82e5\u5169\u5e74\u5167SPAC\u516c\u53f8\u6c92\u6709\u5c0b\u627e\u5230\u4f75\u8cfc\u6a19\u7684\uff0c\u5c31\u8981\u6e05\u7b97\u89e3\u6563\uff0c\u5c07\u4fe1\u8a17\u8cc7\u7522\u8fd4\u9084\u7d66\u80a1\u6771\uff0c\u76f8\u5c0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u8207\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u969b\u9280\u884c(AIB)\u7e3d\u88c1\u9673\u6021\u4ef2Eric SPAC\uff09\u65bc2022\u5e741\u6708\u6b63\u5f0f\u65bc\u7d0d\u65af\u9054\u514b(Nasdaq)\u5168\u7403\u5e02\u5834\u639b\u724c\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u80a1\u7968\u4ee3\u78bc\u70ba\u300cAIBBU\u300d\uff0c\u7576\u516c\u53f8\u767c\u884c\u55ae\u4f4d\u4e2d\u7684A\u985e\u666e\u901a\u80a1\u548c\u606f\u80a1\u958b\u59cb\u55ae\u7368\u4ea4\u6613\u6642\uff0c\u5c07\u5206\u5225\u4ee5\u300cAIB\u300d\u548c\u300cAIBBR\u300d\u4f5c\u70ba\u80a1\u7968\u4ee3\u78bc\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\u3002<br Chen\u548c\u8463\u4e8b\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2dAxel Hoerger\u9818\u5c0e\u3002\u9673\u6021\u4ef2Eric Chen\u5f37\u8abf\uff0cAIB
