DNA\u932f\u914d\u4fee\u5fa9\u7f3a\u9677\uff08dMMR\uff09\u6216\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5fae\u885b\u661f\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\uff08MSI-H\uff09\u662f\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u7684\u7368\u7279\u8868\u578b[1]<\/sup>\u3002DNA\u8907\u88fd\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5fae\u885b\u661f\u5e8f\u5217\u6700\u6613\u767c\u751f\u932f\u914d\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u9032\u884c\u932f\u914d\u4fee\u5fa9\uff0cdMMR\u53ef\u5c0e\u81f4\u79fb\u78bc\u7a81\u8b8a\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u5fae\u885b\u661f\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\uff08MSI\uff09\u3002dMMR\/MSI-H\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u5c0d\u514d\u75ab\u6aa2\u67e5\u9ede\u6291\u5236\u5291\u6cbb\u7642\u53cd\u61c9\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6027\u6b7b\u4ea1\u53d7\u9ad4-1\uff08PD-1\uff09\u6216\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6027\u6b7b\u4ea1\u914d\u9ad4-1\uff08PD-L1\uff09\u6291\u5236\u5291\u6cbb\u7642dMMR\/MSI-H\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u5177\u6709\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u5ba2\u89c0\u7de9\u89e3\u7387\uff08ORR\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u7de9\u89e3\u6301\u7e8c\u6642\u9593\u9577[2-3]<\/sup>\u3002<\/p>\n

\u827e\u5e15\u6d1b\u5229\u55ae\u6297\u6cbb\u7642\u665a\u671f\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u7684I\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6297\u816b\u7624\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u827e\u5e15\u6d1b\u5229\u55ae\u62970.3-3 mg\/kg Q3W\u7684\u6240\u6709\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0cORR\u9054\u523020%[4]<\/sup>\u3002\u672c\u95dc\u9375\u7814\u7a76\u65e8\u5728\u8a55\u4f30\u827e\u5e15\u6d1b\u5229\u55ae\u6297\u55ae\u85e5\u6cbb\u7642\u4e0d\u53ef\u5207\u9664\u6216\u8f49\u79fb\u6027dMMR\/MSI-H\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u7684\u7642\u6548\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u70ba\u55ae\u81c2\u3001II\u671f\u95dc\u9375\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7d0d\u5165\u4e0d\u53ef\u5207\u9664\u6216\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u7d93\u7d44\u7e54\u75c5\u7406\u5b78\u6216\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u78ba\u8a8d\u7684dMMR\/MSI-H\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u827e\u5e15\u6d1b\u5229\u55ae\u6297\u55ae\u85e5\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u7d66\u85e5\u65b9\u6848\u70ba200 mg\u56fa\u5b9a\u5291\u91cf\uff08\u5982\u679c\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u9ad4\u91cd\uff1c40 kg\uff0c\u7d66\u85e5\u5291\u91cf\u70ba3 mg\/kg\uff09\uff0c\u975c\u8108\u6ef4\u6ce8\uff0c\u6bcf3\u5468\u7d66\u85e51\u6b21\u3002\u60a3\u8005\u63a5\u53d7\u827e\u5e15\u6d1b\u5229\u55ae\u6297\u6cbb\u7642\u76f4\u81f3\u75be\u75c5\u9032\u5c55\u3001\u51fa\u73fe\u4e0d\u53ef\u8010\u53d7\u7684\u6bd2\u6027\u3001\u958b\u59cb\u65b0\u7684\u6297\u816b\u7624\u6cbb\u7642\u3001\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3001\u64a4\u56de\u77e5\u60c5\u540c\u610f\u7b49\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u6700\u9577\u6cbb\u7642\u6642\u9593\u4e0d\u8d85\u904e2\u5e74\u3002\u6cbb\u7642\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c0d\u60a3\u8005\u9032\u884c\u751f\u5b58\u96a8\u8a2a\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7d42\u9ede\u70baIRRC\u6839\u64da\u5be6\u9ad4\u816b\u7624\u7642\u6548\u8a55\u50f9\u6a19\u6e96\uff081.1\u7248\uff09\u8a55\u4f30\u7684ORR\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8a2d\u8a08\u5982\u4e0b\u5716\u6240\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n
