Darcl\u5c07\u9032\u884cIPO<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>CJ\u5927\u97d3\u901a\u904b\u5ba3\u4f48\uff0cCJ Darcl\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u5411\u5370\u5ea6\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u59d4\u54e1\u6703(SEBI)\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86IPO\u524d\u5be9\u67e5\u7533\u8acb\u7d05\u9be1\u9b5a\u62db\u80a1\u8aaa\u660e\u66f8\u8349\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CJ\u5927\u97d3\u901a\u904b2017\u5e74\u5411\u5370\u5ea6\u7269\u6d41\u5e02\u5834\u9081\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u6536\u8cfc\u4e86\u5370\u5ea6\u5be6\u9ad4Darcl Logistics 50%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\uff0c\u4e26\u96a8\u5f8c\u66f4\u540d\u70baCJ Darcl\u3002\u622a\u81f32023\u5e743\u670831\u65e5\uff0cCJ Darcl\u7684\u71df\u696d\u6536\u5165\u9054\u5230421.5826\u5104\u5370\u5ea6\u76e7\u6bd4\uff0c2022\u5e74\u7684\u71df\u696d\u5229\u6f64\u70ba10.8755\u5104\u5370\u5ea6\u76e7\u6bd4\uff0c2023\u8ca1\u5e74\u76f8\u5c0d\u65bc2022\u8ca1\u5e74\u7684\u71df\u6536\u589e\u9577\u7387\u70ba14.52%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5370\u5ea6\u5df2\u8d85\u904e\u4e2d\u570b\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u4eba\u53e3\u6700\u591a\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u5927\u7d0414.3\u5104\u4eba\u53e3\uff0c\u7d93\u6fdf\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u9577\u3002\u6839\u64da\u4fe1\u7528\u8a55\u7d1a\u6a5f\u69cb\u6a19\u666e\u5168\u7403\u8a55\u7d1a(S&amp;P
